4.2 Cancellation by Provider

We may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, operational issues). In such cases, you may be offered:

• A full refund; or

• An alternative date or service.

5. Use of Yachts & Conduct

5.1 Safe Use

• You agree to operate or use the yacht according to safety instructions.

• The captain and crew (if provided) have authority to ensure safety. You must follow their directions.

5.2 Conduct

• Customers must behave responsibly and adhere to maritime rules.

• Damage caused due to negligence may result in additional charges.

5.3 Prohibited Items/Behaviors

• Illegal substances

• Reckless or unsafe behavior

• Any activity that endangers the vessel, crew, or other passengers

6. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services.

• Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total paid amount for the booking.

• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of property, or damages due to weather, sea conditions, or client actions.

7. Intellectual Property
